Smt Sonthaliya is a renowned social worker and a smart spokesperson, who is also the wife of Late Shri Ram Babu Sonthaliya. After the demise of her husband, Smt Sonthaliya came forward as a passionate social worker and lent her helping hand. She is still actively giving her services for the betterment of the society in all fields.
Her commitment towards improvement of Balmukund school and its growth is commendable.

Mr. Nikunj Chattree
As a school management secretary, He brings a wealth of experience in efficiently handling administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the school. With strong organizational skills, he manage schedules, coordinate meetings .
His excellent communication abilities enable him to liaise effectively with stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and school administrators. He is committed to upholding the standards of the institution and ensuring a conducive environment for learning and growth.

Smt. Nisha Chattree (MBA, BSC-Hons, MA(English), B.Ed.)
She is the current Principal with a vast education experience of 30 years. She is an active and passionate social worker and has been the President of Innerwheel Club (an associate of Rotary Club) in the past. She continues to remain an active member there giving her valuable time to various causes.
Having the ability to understand children’s psychology and her experience in educational management, she’s been honoured by various clubs and associations. Her soft spoken nature and a strong character has been a key attraction for students and their parents.
Such qualities are the prime reason of consistent success amongst students.
Smt. Nisha Kshatriya is a renowned name in the field of education in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
Vice Principal
Ravindra Pandey (M.Sc. & Maths, B.Ed,PGDCA,BJMC)
Shri Pandey has 22 years of experience in education management & administration. Other than educational works, his works in literature needs a special mention. “Samarpan” a book published by Shri Pandey, is published in 12 countries . His upcoming book “Jivan ka khel hai gadit”, is based on competitive examinations.
As a result of his excellent teaching skills and experience, many of his students are working in state services, technical and medical services.
With such a strong and dedicated team of educators and with the aim of all round development of the students, Balmukund School continues to excel in its academic endeavors and moulding the leaders of tomorrow.
